Mac-N-Cheese with Pigs and Trees


1 box of macaroni and cheese, prepare as directed

1 can cheddar cheese soup

2 cups diced ham

*additional* 1/2 cup skim milk

1 small package of frozen broccoli, cooked until tender crisp & drained

1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese

salt & pepper to taste

* Cook mac-n-cheese as directed, return to low heat

* Add cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 cup skim milk

* Add diced ham, continuing to stir well

* Completely drain broccoli, add to macaroni and stir well

* Spoon servings into dishes and top with shredded colby-jack cheese
