Super easy baked potatoes with ranch seasoning, prepared in the oven after minimal prep time. The kids loved them. The husband loved them. I loved how easy they were to prepare. These delicious potatoes are not boring, and under protest...they are not french fries. They are much - MUCH - better!!
Ingredients:
8-10 potatoes, cleaned & quartered (skins on)
2-3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1 (1 oz) package ranch dip seasoning packet
- In a gallon size zipper bag, toss quartered potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally
